TO PLACE AN ORDER
Our customer service professionals are available daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST to assist you in placing your order toll-free at 1-800-828-7701. You may also fax your order to 1-716-692-5458. For large quantities or special requests, it is always best to call for assistance.
Our terms are net 30 days on all rated accounts. Unrated accounts may be processed quickly using Visa, MasterCard or American Express, however a 3% surcharge will be added to your order.
A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be assessed on all past due accounts.
All shipments are F.O.B. plant of origin, using the carrier of our best judgment unless a specific carrier method is requested.
We will gladly fill any size order; however, a fee of $10.00 will be added to any order under $100.00.
RETURN OF GOODS
Blank orders may be returned or exchanges, but returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All display orders are custom made in your specified fabric and color to suit your individual needs. For this reason, these items as well as customized items (printed, foil stamped, debossed, etc) are not returnable unless defective.
All claims must be submitted and approved within 30 days from receiving your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOT STAMPING OR DEBOSSING PRINTING CHARGES
There is a printing charge of $0.12 per item. There is $35.00 set-up charge for each type and size of pouch or box. There is a one-time die charge of $85 for a die up to 9 square inches and $3 for each additional square inch after that.
Artwork must be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org in black and white vector format with all fonts saved as outlines. If we need to edit your artwork, a $75.00 per hour rate will apply.
